Meetings are generally held in our Kent or London offices. However, if you require a home visit please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

There is parking at our Hartley office, at the front of the building as well as a car park behind. Our London office does not have allocated parking but is close to Victoria Train Station.

No the initial meeting is free of charge, its purpose is to get to know you, your financial position and understand your goals and objectives in order to provide you with appropriate advice. Please see the link to our advice process and journey.

Once you have booked the appointment, we will send you an e-mail with everything you need to bring. We'll also send you a fact find which we will ask you to complete prior to your appointment; this is so that your time can be spent most effectively.

The initial meeting will usually take around one hour.

No, we will explain how we work and what the next steps are. You do not have to make any decisions until we have a recommendation for you.

We currently offer a triage service which gives you information about the benefits and drawbacks of transferring out of a final salary pension. If based upon triage you would like to explore transferring your defined benefits pension scheme, will refer your case to our pension transfer specialist.

We have two fully qualified advisers, so when one is away the other is able to answer any questions. In addition, the administration team are able to answer most general queries although they are not able to provide advice.

No, we do not charge VAT.
